| Abstract: | Besides adapting to the relationship between supply and demand on the China's market, China's large-sized commercial enterprises should adapt to such a relationship on the world market. It is the most important content in their adapting to the external conditions. The ideas on the reform of the system of large-sized retail enterprises include establishing 1. the internal structure linking responsibility, power and benefits in enterprises on premise of separating the function of the government and enterprises, 2 the organizational form of modern enterprises, and modern enterprise system. |
