Abstract:China Commerce should make the consumer attitude and consumer behavior of consumers changed in line with the transformation of marked-oriented economic function, develop the useful and discard the useless of the conventional consumer attitude and consumer behavior during the course of consumer level continuous upgrading. Thereby, the new starting point of marked-oriented economic function is formed, ascending spirally in cycles, which makes National economy development maintain durable inner-impulsion. It is the commercial responsibility to improve governmental investment multiplier function and start-up the demand of domestic market in short term, and it is also the historical task which commerce should undertake.
