| Abstract: | This paper discusses "extreme innovation" which allows for customer feedback and ideas to be integrated directly into new product development. Derived from the extreme programming method used in software development, extreme innovation has been tested and proven by companies. The innovation process takes a step approach to innovation, where each new phase of development is tested with customers. According to the authors, this requires a flexible approach to project management. |
