| Abstract: | The paper describes some tools when managing projects in uncertain situations. Often when projects are undertaken in uncertain situations participants who adopt a rational-oriented strategy tend to face difficulties in adjusting to changes that occur during the project. The findings of surveys, observations and interviews conducted show that it is possible to organize for learning and to manage transformation in complex context. Important factors are a process-oriented strategy, a creative climate, formative evaluation and systematic reflections. |
