| Abstract: | Four successive inquiries in the years between 1989 and 1993 have given the ground for the behaviour estimation of Slovenian organizations in the sense of organization during the period of crisis.In the part of them our managers responded to the question whether in the previous year they had achieved some perceivable movements in the certain area (39) of possible innovation of their organization.From the areas of activities in which the greatest and the smallest positive values were achieved, it was possible to conclude that in the aggravation time our organizations only partially reacted in the optimal way.They abandoned more expensive projects of organization innovation.During this time certain negative activity (decreasing the number of the employed) has strongly slowed up.By the cheaper approaches that were necessary in the period of crisis they were however successful.But it is unacceptable that by their efforts Slovenian organizations were less successful in the sense of their increasing of competitiveness.This is indicated by only partial successfulness of the efforts for the administration expenses reduction.The low level of their successfulness by the inclusion of modern viewing of the objective of Lean Production realization is specially painful.From that reacting of Slovenianorganizations to the aggravation of market relations, the negative effect of certain precautions for the organizations protection (the fixed exchange rate), can be anticipated.By the author's opinion the lack of positive ambitions to surpass the critical situation can be attributed also to the retardation of the privatization process. |
