| Abstract: | An analysis of human reliability in a railway traffic system is presented.The human tasks critical to system reliability are identified.Human error probability is chosen as a measure of human reliability.Its values are calculated for some critical tasks using field data in Slovenian railway traffic system.An empirical model describing the human error probability as a function of stress conditions is also proposed. |
