| Abstract: | In the democratic society, management is not a privilege of an individual any more, but it an activity of the governing structurce of a company who are involved in more and more demanding business operations.Regarding the size of the insurance company, these are the employees who manage the operations in the medium sized and big insurance companies.Taking into account the division of labor among the executives a common language must be found and considerable professional knowledge is mandatory to manage the business operation of a company.Therefore, additional professional expertise is required, and additional education and training must be provided to executives. |
