| Abstract: | The journal provides Regular reports, Special reports, and Reference Section. The Regular reports covers the such topics as: "Is the commission too weak?", "Internal market"; "Competition policy"; "External relations"; and "Environmental report". The "Special reports" part covers the following subject: 1) "E-commerce: can the EU meet the challenge?", asking whether the EU and its member states have yet made the leap that will enable them to hold their own in the world of e-commerce; 2) "Telecoms deregulation - round two" where the Commission's new strategy calls for gradual lightning of the sector-specific regulatory burden.
