Abstract:The article studies the effect of socialization on work-related norms. The authors present a hypothesis that organizational and professional socialization are antecedent influences on work-related norms and test this hypothesis by examining a sample of 339 marketers. The findings suggest that organizational and professional socialization do influence the norms.
