| Abstract: | This article concentrates on behavioural perspective (henceforth as: b-p.) analysing its implementation status in leading controlling (as: c-g.) concepts (as: cpts). They are analysed as to their theoretical assumptions and the importance of the b-p. for the derivation of statements concerning c-g. practice. In essence, the article shows that there are still inconsistencies in the analyzed cpts. regarding their behavioural assumptions. In addition, the b-p. is used very differently to derive statements concerning c-g. practice (original in German). |
