| Abstract: | To exercise asset risk management over State-owned commercial banks is an important content of the implementation of financial supervision and management of the central bank. It is the necessary choice for improving financial asset quality and strengthening the self-restraint ability of state-owned commercial banks. It is also the actual requirement to quicken the opening up of finance. The asset risk management over state-owned banks should make as the main contents to define the scope of capital composition, to divide asset risk shares and to determine capital sufficiency rate. |
