| Abstract: | The main target of financial and tax system reform is to establish finance and tax operation mechanism and management system that are suitable for the development of the socialist market economy. We should follow the principles of combining overall program and gradual improvement, start with solving the present key problems, deal with coordinated relations correctly, carry out the whole program step by step and make improvement gradually. The study of the prospective financial operation should be started with the study of distribution problems. |
