| Abstract: | Management Technologies Inc (MTI), US-based banking software company, is to acquire the international Banking Systems division of Winter Partners, the subsidiary of Swiss Electrowatt, which in turn is a subsidiary of Credit Suisse. Winter Partners develops, markets and supports the IBS-90, a modified version of Arbat's IBS running on digital equipment, and its open platform version, Abraxsys. AT&T Global Informations solutions has completed a deal valued at over 3 million pounds with National Westminster Bank. |
