| Abstract: | Liaoning province has had the favorable conditions for its all-round economic internationalization during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period. Meanwhile, the development of export oriented economy in China and the rising Northeast Asia economic area all provide rare opportunity for Liaoning's economic internationalization. To speed up the economic internationalization, Liaoning province should raise the level of its external development, expand the scale of foreign investment to be utilized and increase the investment results and raise the level of investment. In addition, it should make great efforts to develop foreign trade and foreign economic and technological cooperation and construct well the development zone. |
