Abstract: | North Korea still takes China, America, Japan and Russia as its key diplomatic objects in its foreign policy. And China and America are the key of the key objects. It puts emphasis on opening to Asia, especially the Northeast Asia area. North Korea's new strategy in recent years is to grasp tightly the nose of an ox, that is to improve its relationship with America in an effort to extend its international influence and bring along the development of its relations with Japan and South Korea. At the same time, it also treasures and protects the traditional friendship between China and North Korea. |
