| Abstract: | Dalian Economic and Technological Development zone is an important growth point of market economy in China's current overall pattern of opening to the outside world. It also undertakes the realistic missions of pulling the hinterland's economy in Northeast and integrating with the international market. It has the comprehensive superiority like favorable geographical position, usable geographical relationship, good port conditions, various kinds of talented people and preferential development policies. In the course of implementing the strategy of outward-affection , Dalian Development zone should put stress on "go-between effect" an "hatch effect". |
