| Abstract: | Liaoning's old industrial base which once led now lags behind in the deepening of reform. It is attributed to lack of transformation of pillar industries and irrational industrial structure. So Liaoning puts forward the "three major strategies" and the concrete development objectives with the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure as the core in a bid to accelerate the optimisation of industrial structure and enhance the quality of national economy comprehensively by invigorating the nation depending on SCI-tech, optimising structure and being driven externally. The key projects to be considered for development are the new generation of numerical controlled machine tool, computer and software, high-pressure electrostatic equipment's for environmental protection and new type of materials. |
