Abstract:In the 1990s, overall, the Japanese enterprises' direct investment in China's manufacturing industry has grown more rapidly but is not stable enough. And it is extremely uneven in terms of regional distribution. Although the enterprises have higher economic returns, the proportion of profits used for re-investment is extremely low. Their investment belongs to capital and technology-intensive one and aims at occupying the Chinese market. In view of the above, China should stress the coordination of technological introduction in terms of region, industry and enterprise, create China's brandname products and macroscopically, emphasizes the coordinated development strategies like pluralization of the countries from which foreign investment is introduced, environmental protection and regional balance.
