Abstract:In recent years, the barter trade between China and Russia has shrunk increasingly and the spot trade also has had difficult in taking a step. To extricate themselves from a difficult position, Chinese companies have found a new form of trade, that is, transnational direct marketing. Now the volume of unofficial trade with transnational direct marketing as the main component part is almost on a level with that of official trade. But people haven't attached great importance to such a trade form. This paper makes detailed explanation as to such issues as its general situation, subject and mode of operation, marketing channel, modes of settlement and remittance, scale of good-delivering and economic returns.
