| Abstract: | Japanese enterprises' direct investment in China has developed too rapidly and has a bright future. But because of the differences in economic and cultural back ground between both countries, Japanese enterprises have come across contradictions microscopically and microscopically. To settle them, we should strengthen the macro management of Japanese investment, perfect related laws and create an investment environment for fair competition. At the same time, Japanese enterprises should handle well the relationship between cultural subject and object and both countries strengthen cooperation with a view to cultivating the characteristic culture of Japanese enterprises in China. |
