| Abstract: | The different economic situations and industrial resources of USA, Japan, China and Russia, deep affect northeastern Asia's industrial distributions in the 21 century. Technology is the most important factors. America as tech-original, its prosperous and Japan's slow development add up some complex of future industrial development. It is necessary to develop basic industries and high-tech industries from the view of whole northeastern Asia's regional distribution. |
