| Abstract: | Korea's economy broke out economic crisis and went into IMF management system, later carried out IMF tighten and structural regulation since 1997. But IMF made Korea's economy in a difficult position, structural regulation needs a certain recovery, but tighten and structural regulation restricts economic recovery. At last the Korea government and IMF carry out appropriate expanding financial and current policies in order to prevent the recovery from undue depression and ensure smooth structural regulation. |
