| Abstract: | At present the unbalance development of high-tech exploring regions in northeastern three provinces shows it is advanced in the boarder and coastal areas and it's backwards in inner land. To compare with eastern coastal areas, it has very large differences of economic benefits. It is worth to affirm that each exploring region shows strength increase tendency. |
