| Abstract: | Sub-regional economic cooperation gets larger development without country as the main body in Asia in 99'. The explore of Tumen river and Meigong river have the same but also the difference. The main restriction of explore slowly in Tumen river areas is poor balance and fund shortage, which at first is resolution. |
