| Abstract: | Korea's public corporations' reform got a great achievement and had new feature after Asia's commercial crisis, such as promulgate a new decree, hold reform, enforce private corporations and inner reform etc. These experiences has an important meanings for promoting China's or Liaoning's public corporations. For ensuring to make up market economic system, it must affirm new public corporations' opinion, change public corporations to private ones and accelerate polarization progress of public corporations organization scales. |
