| Abstract: | At present the northeastern parts' economy is comprehensive reform and adjusting, and showing a good situation, such as industry, agriculture and traffic and communication is keeping developing. The problem are economic growth weaker, old industrial basis decrease terribly and commercial risk larger and larger, which should be paid enough attentions and resolved. |
