| Abstract: | The basic features of Japan's corporation groups are manager as co-stockholder, systematically circulation and inner interchange relations. Manager community is the highest balance organization of corporation groups without the feature of stockholder community. Main banks is in the leading position in stockholder and circulation without a pure control or controlled relation, which inter-use and is equal because of inter-property. |
