| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to examine the relations between leader-member exchange (LMX) differentiation and individual performance, as well as between LMX performance and group performance. Amongs others findings show that LMX differentiation and individual performance were positively related to low LMX members but not related to high LMX members. |
