| Abstract: | Developing capital market has an important function to China's economy. It is embodies not only in transferring capital from savers to investors for realizing increment but in providing both domestic and foreign investors investing in China's economy with convenient tools and places. Therefore, in the present stage in China, developing capital development has the special function and significance. But there still exist many problems in this line. In view of them, this paper raises some policy suggestions on how to improve and develop capital market. |
