| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economy, national income being transformed into capital is realized through market and the capital formation is completed in the mode of financial formation and according to the law of exchange of equal values. There are two modes of capital formation. One is to realize the transformation from savings into investment with stock bond and investment fund as carriers. The other is to realize such a transformation with banks' credit as a carrier and in the mode of banks' savings and risk loans. |
