| Abstract: | As market economy has not been established completely in China which is still in the period of transformation, various systems and environmental factor have restrained the development of risk investment. In addition, the government's absolute leading status has restricted the growth of market forces while the imperfect capital market restricted the source and withdrawal of risk capital. The risk investment which lacks legal guarantee and policy support also has been restricted by information, technology and qualified personnel markets. To promote the development of China's risk investment, we should stress the development of market forces and promote the development of unofficial investment. |
