Abstract: | Similarities in the external financing patterns of enterprises in the USA and China lie in the following aspects: The startings of security business in both countries are both from banks' operation of securities. Both countries have adopted the combined pattern of direct financing and indirect financing. The separate operation pattern of security business and banking has been implemented in both countries. Differences in the external financing patterns of enterprises in the two countries are as follows: The US financing pattern concentrates on direct financing and regard indirect financing pattern as a subsidiary, while Chinese financing pattern focuses on indirect financing and takes direct financing as a subsidiary. |
