| Abstract: | In order to realize the transformation of economic structure in China, the economic reform of investing and financing system is the best point to pitch in. To establish a pattern of the investing and financing system which satisfies the requirement of our market economy, the following items must be carried out: establishing clear and definite subjects of investment; the investing and financing pattern should mainly concentrate on financial pattern; establishing financing institutions which serve for government policies. Two problems need solving emphatically so as to set up an ideal pattern of the investing and financing system: cultivating and developing the capital market energetically; perfecting the financial system. |
