| Abstract: | The securities financing of assets is a structural financing mode. Developing it would help increase the input in construction of infrastructure, improve the business operation of China's financial institutions and accelerate the growth and improvement of capital market. But there also exist many problems, such as unclear accounting principles for the securities financing of assets and treatment in tax revenue as well as no supervision system. To develop the securities financing of assets in China, starting the related business like foreign exchange futures and currency exchange must be allowed. |
