| Abstract: | Now in China, the capital market is not fully open yet, however not all funds flow are controllable. It's necessary to more actively promote the healthy development of domestic capital market; protect the attraction and fame of our capital market to investors both at home and abroad and prevent outflow of funds. For the healthy development of domestic capital market, a key point is to fully exercise the efficiency principle of capital market so as to give a better play of the screening and renovation functions of capital market over enterprises and reduce the administrative interference and human manipulation. |
