| Abstract: | A severe drawback of China capital formation and structure of financial assets is the weakness of direct financing. Therefore, great efforts should be made to develop the market that direct financing is in priority. Actively cultivate stock and bonds, and achieve the transformation of investment project to direct financing in priority. In addition, intense the transparency of investment market, and provide more investment channels as well as opportunities for residents, to ease the excessive dependence of enterprise on bank credit. At the same time, further develop the bill market. |
