| Abstract: | Owing to the imperfect development of China's financial market and setup, the assets management companies can use two methods to deal with their purchased bad assets. One is implement the debt-to-equity transfer through the enterprise realignment, the other is to transfer the shares to other enterprises. The government should draft laws and regulations as soon as possible and give self-determining power to the assets management companies. As for the movable and immovable properties purchased from the bank, the urgent matter is to establish a perfect auction market. In addition, coordinative reforms should also out in the external environment. |
