| Abstract: | The concept and guiding ideology towards the value of risk investment are the first influential factor. The financing function of the capital market is the second. The supporting power of the social service system is the third. China's risk investment industries have got a good beginning but badly need qualified personnel at present. We cannot succeed only with sufficient money but without qualified personnel. To promote the development of risk investment industries the Chinese government should legislate about the market behavior of risk investment, lay down capital gains policies for the risk investment and try to create innovation atmosphere. |
