| Abstract: | To set up the modern enterprise system, the SOEs are required to advance capital performance. To change the situation of enterprises with low efficient capital must be achieved by overall advancement of capital performance. In terms of transferring the business management mechanism, the enterprises also have to wholly enhance capital performance. The essence to achieve the two kinds of radical transference is that administrative mechanism allocating resources transfers to market allocating resources, and it is also required the SOEs to push ahead with capital performance. |
