| Abstract: | According to a study it takes about 10 years until programming markets in Eastern-European countries reach the western level due, in part, to lack of restrictive legislastion. The still uncertain political situation discourages investors from Western Europe. While cable TV is badly affected by the present regulations, satellite broadcasting is rapidly growing. |
