| Abstract: | Thames TV reached a significant improvement in fincancial matters in the first half of 1992. It is a sign of progress due to reformed activities. The channel is going to increase its C5 stake but the law does not allow holding more than 15 per cent. There are many applicants for the C5-licence but there is no decision as yet. |
