| Abstract: | It is indispensable to carry out certain changes in Italian Broadcasting Bill since new TV licences were granted but many bidders were refused and a part of them broadcast illegally. It was also complained that the state broadcaster RAI was omitted from the Bill and this station also needs financial reforms. |
