| Abstract: | The reasons of the difficult position of state owned large wholesale enterprises are that the appearance of various kinds of wholesalers leads to the circulation reduction of the main channel. So the operation of state-owned large wholesale enterprises becomes difficult and the commodity circulation is hindered. The countermeasures include: seeking unity of thinking, seeking unity of action, separating the functions of the government from those of the enterprises , supplying enterprises with good external operation condition, transforming the infernal operation mechanism of the enterprises and encouraging cooperation between enterprises. |
