| Abstract: | The article analyses some popular crisis management models, and their applicability to smaller scale businesses. A small island in Indonesia is examined, and the crisis management techniques employed by owners and operators of small and micro tourism businesses. The results indicate that while these businesses face similar issues resulting from crises, they are ill equiped to produce longterm solutions. |
