| Abstract: | Accommodating persons with disabilities is an HR responsibility, now that the ADA is law. Yet, many companies are resisting compliance out of fear. Overcome fear by learning the facts about reasonable accommodation: it is not as difficult or as costly as you may think. Employing disabled individuals may even lower turnover costs. |
