| Abstract: | Downsizing and layoffs have glutted the labor market, so recruitment should be easier. The thruth is, it is and it is not. Some HR professionals are spending less money to fill more jobs, but others are finding that larger applicant pools do not always equal better qualified candidates. The best recruitment strategy often is a mix between getting the right people in the door and implementing the right interviewing techniques. |
