| Abstract: | The increase in alternative energy sources created new competition tor Pacific Gas & Electric. As the corporation faced massive culture change , its HR department realized that the company's internal placement system needed an overhaul. Instead of waiting out the chaos of reorganization, its HR professionals decided to move ahead. Using the reorganization to help break down bureaucratic walls, the HR department implemented a paperless internal placement system that is user friendly and cost effective. |
