Now , thanks to a new generation of client/server systems, more organizations are abandoning their mainframes for updated on-line networks. These systems alter traditional HR functions by simplifying such tasks as relocations and records updates. As HR professionals adjust to their new freedom, they are finding it easier to gain equal footing in corporate affairs. |
