Abstract:Companies increasingly are being forced to deal with the issue of smoking policies at work. Whether it is because new laws are being passed, non-smokers are filing claims against employers or healthcare costs are skyrocketing, employers must deal with the 'smoking at work' issue. Those firms that take a proactive and integrated approach to smoking policies usually fare the best.
