If so, HR executives can become a change agent in creating a more collegial work environment. Diversity programs, facilitated by top management, will transform the wheel of power and control into the wheel of equality. Human resources professionals can be the change agents, moving a corporation from a power-based environment supporting the glass ceiling, to an equality-based atmosphere where all employees are able to contribute and succeed. |
